SHINE Organisation is a non-profit dedicated to helping underprivileged and marginalized women across Malaysia unlock their potential through skill-based training and economic empowerment. Our goal is to help women start their own home-based businesses and become self-reliant, confident contributors to their families and communities.
We focus on:

Meet Our Founder
Sushmeetha Morugan
Sushmeetha Morugan is a passionate changemaker with a remarkable 15-year journey in skills training, women empowerment, and beauty entrepreneurship. She began her career as a journalist and TV presenter, hosting a live talk show for four years and producing over 1,000 episodes that earned her a spot in the Malaysia Book of Records. Her career spanned almost a decade, with numerous other television shows and roles as an emcee for multilingual events, further solidifying her influence in the industry.
