Hi, I’m Suzan — a woman who once doubted her own voice but today stands tall as the Director of M Pro Network Resourszes Sdn Bhd. My journey didn’t begin with a clear blueprint, nor did I have everything figured out. I started like many others — with a deep desire to become more, and to help others grow along the way.
From a humble background and starting out as a sole proprietor in 2017, I juggled multiple roles: Finance Manager, HR Professional, Makeup Artist, Trainer, Coach, and a firm believer in lifelong learning. Every role I took on shaped me — not just professionally, but personally. These weren’t just titles on my résumé; they were stepping stones in building resilience, purpose, and impact.
I’ve always believed in creating meaningful experiences — whether in a boardroom, in a training hall, or in a casual coffee chat with a young graduate unsure about their future. Through my coaching and mentoring work, especially with youth and young professionals, I help others unlock their hidden potential and bridge the often overwhelming gap between education and the real working world.
I work closely with business owners too, especially those struggling with staff retention and youth engagement — because I understand how challenging it can be to align expectations between generations. My mission is to help both sides see eye to eye, so that workplaces become more nurturing, productive, and future-ready.
But life isn’t just about work. It’s about living boldly, too.
My personal journey is filled with adventures across the world. I’ve taken a YOLO SOLO leap to Australia, where I did skydiving in Adelaide — an unforgettable adrenaline rush and a reminder that the sky isn’t the limit, it’s just the beginning. For my 40th birthday, I celebrated with paragliding over the stunning landscapes of Sabah, and in the US, I stood in awe before Niagara Falls and the Statue of Liberty — both deeply symbolic moments in my journey of becoming.
These weren’t just holidays — they were soul journeys. Every experience has added a spark to my spirit, reminding me that we grow not only through success but through courageous steps beyond our comfort zones.
What keeps me going?
It’s simple — the desire to grow, give back, and guide others to rise.
And just like the star tattoo on my hand, which often sparks curiosity — I used to say,
“I just want to shine like a star.”
Today, being part of the SHINE Malaysia team, I proudly say:
✨ “I want to make others shine too.” ✨
Because at the end of the day, true success isn’t just about climbing your own ladder —
It’s about turning around, offering your hand, and pulling
